Worked across council, VMIA, consultants and contractors to restructure the compliance and delivery approach.

Outcome

Each owner avoided the $165,000 shortfall. Building notice resolved and project moved forward with a clear compliance pathway.

Spring Street

Situation

Conflicting Melbourne Water and Heritage requirements threatened approval and reduced potential project yield by 25%.

Our Role

Led negotiations across Melbourne Water, Heritage and CitiPower to establish a workable approval pathway.

Outcome

Approval secured. Full 25% yield retained, allowing the project to proceed as originally intended.
